FLIR announces changes in its India Sales Organisation

FLIR has announced changes in its Sales Organization setup in India in line with FLIR Global Policy. This change is done with a view to work in the Indian subcontinent in a more effective manner. As per the new organizational setup, a new company, Indpro Global Solutions Private Limited, has been created in India to represent FLIR Security in the Indian subcontinent on exclusive basis.

Indpro will be responsible for the sale of FLIR Security products that include industry’s largest bouquet of thermal cameras, IP and Analog visible cameras including the industry leading DVTEL Quasar and Ariel brand IP cameras, enterprise grade Video Management System (Latitude), DVRs, NVRs and a Command & Control Platform (Cameleon). Technical Support, Software development, Order booking & RMA services will continue to be handled from the existing DVTEL INDIA entity. Indpro and DVTEL INDIA will function in close coordination with each other.

Inderjit Sehrawat, Founder Managing Director of Indpro Global Solutions stated: “I am very excited to begin this new journey with Indpro, which in a way is a continuation of the journey that I started with DVTEL INDIA in January, 2006. DVTEL INDIA had a very successful streak in India and achieved No. 1 rank for VMS software and No. 2 rank for IP Cameras in the IHS ranking for India. Over time, DVTEL solution was deployed in many marquee projects in India, which include the Commonwealth Games, Delhi Markets, Mumbai Airport, Hyderabad Metro, Pune City Surveillance, etc. World’s leading financial Institutions and IT companies chose DVTEL solution to secure their premises. The addition of FLIR security portfolio to the existing DVTEL solution made the proposition even more compelling. We want to continue to serve the Indian market with this end to end solution from larger FLIR Security stable house.”

Bill Klink, Vice President Global Sales, FLIR Security adds “We are delighted to enact the transition in our selling structure in India from the aforementioned DVTEL INDIA to Indpro Global Solutions.  This transition maintains the strong customer orientation that Mr. Sehrawat initially established, and allows him and his team to take FLIR’s Security solutions to the next level in the Indian market.  Indpro offers FLIR a new growth platform for our overall business development efforts in India, and under the continuing leadership of Inderjit Sehrawat we expect our growth, and our customer support experience, to continue the current upward trajectory.”
