NEC India, Keonics collaborate to offer cyber security solutions

NEC India Private Limited and Keonics (Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited) signed an MOU to explore opportunities in the areas of safe city and cyber security. In the area of cyber security, NEC and Keonics will collaborate to provide solutions for cyber-crime issues and focus on talent development to promote security capability in Karnataka and other parts of India.

Through this partnership, Keonics will leverage NEC’s solutions to assist state governments and other government organisations in implementing projects in the areas of anti-terror cyber security, city surveillance, criminal investigation and forensics, and system integration. “NEC will channelise its technological capabilities, global experience and local understanding towards Keonics initiatives, and together as a team we are confident of providing profound value to the citizens of Karnataka and India. With Karnataka’s position as a regional hub for technology and business within India, the collaboration will create new avenues of growth in the state and the country.”
