About Us

In 2008, 1st ASSET was adjudged the ‘Best Service Provider’ jointly by Central Industrial Security Force (C.I.S.F.), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (I.T.P.O.), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
The management team is led by Mr. GB Singh with more than two decades of industry experience behind him. Mr. Singh has the distinction of being the Founder President of the Asian Professional Security Association from 1989 till 2005. APSA is the apex professional security association in the Asian region with members drawn from over 15 countries. He was also the Chairman of the ASIS New Delhi India Chapter #207 for the year 2009 and continues to be an active member. He is also an Executive Board Member of the Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI). He has been involved with professional training programs, seminars and exhibitions related to the security industry in India and overseas. He is a well known speaker at security seminars all over the world.

Training Division

Realising that technical security will play a major role in combating crime in future, 1st ASSET has pioneered technical security training courses in India. 1st ASSET has had the privilege of conducting training courses at the RGSS training school of Reliance Industries at Patalganga in Maharashtra, and at Gurgaon and Barmer for Cairn Energy, Gas Authority of India Limited, Moser Baer and CISF among others.

Consultancy Division

Our Consultancy Division offers an extensive range of security related consultancy services and has among its valued clients, Petronet and Cairn Energy from the Oil & Gas Industries, Maruti Suzuki from the Automobile industries, as well as DLF from the real estate industry, among others.

Publishing Division

We publish SECURITY TODAY (www.securitytoday.in), India’s largest circulated and most widely read monthly magazine dedicated to the protection industry. Security Today helps upgrade knowledge and provides the latest information to the end users and providers of security equipment and services. Thus it plays the role of a catalyst that accelerates the organized growth of the industry.  We also publish SECURITY UPDATE (www.securityupdate.in), a monthly publication which caters exclusively to the security business community of manufacturers, distributors, dealers, system integrators and technical consultants.  The SECURITY TODAY SOURCING GUIDE is a directory listing of the manufacturers, distributors, dealers and system integrators on a category and region-wise basis all over India.
