Tenon Group completes 31 years; eyes ₹5000 crore milestone with strategic global expansion

Tenon Group, a leading integrated services provider across security, facility management, e-surveillance, and technology solutions, has completed 31 years of operations. Founded in 1995 by Major Manjit Rajain, the Group has transformed from a conventional guarding services firm into a globally established player, with operations across India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany.

Over the last three decades, the Group has steadily evolved its capabilities in line with changing industry demands. Today, it offers a comprehensive suite of technology-enabled solutions spanning security, facility management, and risk mitigation, catering to sectors such as Global Capability Centers (GCCs), data centres, e-commerce and logistics, manufacturing, IT & ITES, BFSI, and commercial real estate.

Tenon Group’s growth momentum remains strong, supported by consistent business performance across its core markets. For FY 2025–26, the Group’s estimated revenue has surpassed ₹3,000 crore, underlining its sustained expansion. Looking ahead, the company expects to achieve approximately 25% growth in FY 2026–27, while setting an ambitious long-term target of reaching ₹5,000 crore in revenue by FY 2027–28, driven by both domestic and international expansion.
