The Conclave will focus on Policy Change for a Sustainable Future. In addition to the keynote addresses, there will be Panel Discussions on Arms Licenses for Critical Sector Security, Recognizing Private Security Guards as Skilled Workers, and on The Need for Amendments to the PSAR Act 2005. The FICCI Committee on Private Security Industry, chaired by Ms. Manjari Jaruhar, Former Special DG, CSIF and co-chaired by Mr. Rituraj Sinha, Group COO, SIS, will be hosting this conclave. Since the topics for the panel discussions are of interest to the entire manned guarding industry, and a number of thought leaders of the industry will be participating in them, the conclave is sure to not only highlight industry problems but also to help in arriving at workable suggestions for the government to follow up on.
