Gallagher Security named Outstanding Security Equipment Manufacturer for the second year in a row at 2024 UK OSPAs

Global security manufacturer, Gallagher Security, was recognised for a commitment to innovation by being named Outstanding Security Equipment Manufacturer at the 2024 Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs), hosted in London, UK, on February 22nd, 2024.

Driven to revolutionise the way organisations around the world protect and manage their people and assets, Gallagher Security designs and manufactures industry-renowned access control, perimeter, and intruder alarm security solutions on-site at their global headquarters.

Command Centre, Gallagher’s award-winning site management software, was the first system to offer alarm, access, and perimeter security in one single product, and is one of the most feature-rich site management platforms available.

With regular releases, Gallagher adds multiple new features every year to further simplify customers’ lives, create efficiencies, and improve the security of people, places, and assets. Gallagher is recognised for having strong capabilities in cybersecurity design and penetration testing with a dedicated team on-site reviewing new subsystems, architectures, and features before the full release of any new solutions.

Certified to the highest level of national security in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and New Zealand, Gallagher’s solutions are trusted to protect some of the world’s most high-consequence assets and locations and have long been recognised for cutting-edge technology and commitment to innovation.

Gallagher Security Regional General Manager, UK, and Europe, Richard Huison says, “This award recognises Gallagher’s commitment to innovation and our customer-centric approach to manufacturing.” He adds, “Each year Gallagher reinvests 15% of our annual revenue into R&D so we can uphold our commitment and continue to pioneer the way in the security industry.”

Richard Huison adds, “2023 was another significant year for Gallagher with the release of the Controller 7000 (C7000) and continued version releases of our award-winning Command Centre site management platform. Heading into 2024 we maintain our commitment to innovation and protecting what matters most.”

The OSPAs recognise and reward companies, people, and innovation across the security sector. The 2024 awards were held at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel and ran after the sixth UK OSPAs Thought Leadership Summit.
