SIS India acquires SXP – Australia’s largest mobile patrol company

SIS India has acquired Australia’s largest mobile patrol company Southern Cross Protection Pvt Ltd(SXP). This is the third acquisition by SIS India Group in the last 12 months. Southern Cross Protection operates the largest, national security patrol network in Australia. With its fully equipped fleet of vehicles and highly trained security patrol officers, Security Patrol is an ideal solution for customer sites like shops, restaurants and independent residents where the cost of 24/7 security personnel is not fully justified. Security patrol helps create effective deterrence while optimizing cost of service.

SXP has an extensive team of experts, with patrol officers conducting an unprecedented 16,000 patrol visits every night from 28 localised branches and secures over 6000 locations across Australia. The acquisition represents another milestone in SIS Group’s growth. SXP along with MSS Security (SIS India’s existing subsidiary in Australia) will have a combined revenue of AUD 600 million ( Rs 3000 crores) making it the undisputed market leader in Australia.
