SIS Group certified as “Great Place to Work” by GPTW Institute

SIS India group has been certified as a “Great Place to work” by the GPTW Institute India. At the GPTW 2021 Award ceremony held on June 18, 2021, SIS India was ranked number 31 amongst the best companies to work for in India.

SIS India was felicitated as one of the Best Mega Employers in India ( companies with more than 50,000 employees). SIS was also rated as the Best employer in the Facility Management category. SIS also received the coveted recognition as one of India’s 15 best employers among Nation-Builder’s Category 2021.

In his message to his employers, Mr Rituraj Sinha, Group Managing Director, lauded the efforts of his employers for the recognition and said that while the last 15 months have been tough for business and nation, SIS India’s core values of people focus, trust and service spirit have delivered the results.

Great Place to Work Institute Awards are amongst the most well recognised awards for employers world wide, and the recognition is a coveted achievement. The award is based on a survey of thousands of employees in a company and the assessment is widely recognised as an accurate depiction of a company’s reputation. Quoting his father and the Founder and Chairman Mr RK Sinha, Mr Rituraj Sinha said that their motto of “ Look after your employees and they will look after the business” is being closely followed by the company.

Mr Sinha credited his employees for the achievement and said they would strive to achieve further heights.

Mr. Sinha also complimented ISS and G4S, security, FM and business services majors who have featured amongst the “Top100 Best Employers in India” by Great Place to Work Institute for FY20-21. “This recognition highlights the role of our sector in creating good jobs for the most needy sections of our society. And the remarkable contribution of our sector amidst pandemic, as essential services providers,” he said.
