Ankur Sachdev has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tenon FM, the facility management division of Tenon Group, marking a key leadership shift as the company aims to become a technology-driven and globally competitive service provider.
With over 18 years in the facility management and security services sector, Ankur brings deep industry knowledge and has been a part of Tenon Group since 2008 through Peregrine Guarding. His responsibilities will include enhancing operational efficiency, leading innovation, and expanding Tenon FM’s presence across India and international markets including the UK, Singapore, and Germany.
Prior to his long tenure with Tenon Group, Ankur held a leadership role at Sodexo Facility Management India and began his career in sales strategy. His promotion underscores Tenon Group’s focus on grooming internal talent and reinforcing its integrated service offerings across security, facility management, and e-surveillance. With his strategic mindset and client-focused approach, Ankur is expected to lead Tenon FM into its next phase of growth and global expansion.
