Tenon Group announces strategic leadership restructuring ahead of its 28th Anniversary

Tenon Group has recently announced key leadership changes in the organisation to enhance profitability and position for growth ahead of its 28th Annual Raising Day. These changes will simplify operations, enhance profitability, and drive growth, meeting customer needs and delivering solutions in the rapidly evolving security and facility management market across the globe.

Brig. Rajan Oberoi, PPMG, VSM who has led the Group as the Global CEO for 10 years is now appointed the role of Global Vice Chairman. He is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing sales innovation, strategic business development, capital allocation, operational strategy, and the profitability of the Group in India, UK & Singapore as determined by the organisation’s long-term strategic goals.

On his appointment, Brig. Oberoi commented, “It is both a great privilege and responsibility for me to lead Tenon Group as the Global Vice Chairman, building a greater and stronger future for the company in the milestone year 2023. We have set out on an incredible journey of growth and many major developments are underway. At Tenon, our concerted focus will remain on strengthening the Group’s footprint in the global integrated security and facility management industry while also setting an example by building a range of tech-driven solutions and services that enable modern built environments to achieve apex levels of sustainability, safety, and efficiency.”

The Group has also announced the major leadership restructuring in its security business division, Peregrine Guarding, introducing the newly created key position of CEO and two new Managing Directors.

Siddharth Dahiya is promoted to the CEO, Peregrine Guarding, India. Siddharth has been a part of the company for more than 23 years and has served as Managing Director, Peregrine, North & West Region for 8 years. In his new role, he will further the business transformation journey of Peregrine with a deep focus on enhancing the direct sales channel to better define and adapt to new ways of connecting with customers all over India to keep the business relevant, profitable and successful.

Ankur Sachdev, Senior Vice President, Peregrine (PAN India) has been named as the Managing Director – Peregrine Security, West Region. In addition to driving sales & operations in the western region of India, he will define, develop, grow, and scale the security business and respond to specific market needs in the region, generating a competitive advantage in existing accounts and developing consistent new revenue streams that will guarantee short and long-term achievements. Having joined the company in 2008, he has consistently delivered and maintained a Y-o-Y growth rate of 30 percent over the years.

Brig Tarundeep Kumar,VSM(Retd) has taken on the new role of Managing Director, Peregrine, North region. Since joining Peregrine in 2022 as Associate Director, Brig. Kumar has made significant contributions to the momentum that the company has built in recent years by working on strategic development, liaising closely with existing clients, and winning new ones.

Rakesh Tripathie, Managing Director, Peregrine South will continue to stir and drive the company’s business and operations forward for the South region.

With these organisational changes being introduced with immediate effect, the leading private security company now has three Managing Directors at the helm, each of them looking after the business growth and development for their respective region. All three leaders will be reporting to Siddharth Dahiya, CEO of Peregrine. The strategic move comes in line with the company’s vision for the year 2023 to expand and strengthen its service provision and grow the business across all regions, PAN-India with utmost accountability and transparency.
