Big changes at the top at Avigilon

Avigilon Corporation has confirmed a major reorganisation of its senior management team to streamline its reporting structure and increase operational efficiencies – the move includes the resignation of the Chief Operating Officer plus the departure of the Senior Vice President of Global Operations.

Avigilon’s seven major departments, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources, will now report directly to Alexander Fernandes, Avigilon’s Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board. This refreshed structure brings Mr. Fernandes closer to Avigilon’s day-to-day operations while empowering department leaders with greater authority.

This reorganisation is the culmination of recent management changes designed to foster a nimble and dynamic culture. Avigilon outpaces its competitors, and its refreshed leadership structure supports this fast pace by facilitating efficient decision-making and innovation.
